OMG I’ve gone and done it!

Second property, finally exchanged. DD day one week’s time.

Toothill is the new Dubai (well, hopefully, minus the balance-of-payments thing).

Watch out for the “before” and “after” pictures. Next week, I’ll be reading up on DIY and arguing with the Land Registry (again).

Diet log

Slight set back. I have reread the book and discovered it says no puddings (not even the low fat ones that don’t taste very nice. Perhaps if I miss out my 50 calories mid morning snack…..

Breakfast Special K and five strawberries.

Exercise 30 mins brisk walk/jog/game of tag, walk into town and back (no coffee or cake)

Snack Rosemary Conley ginger bar

Lunch Rosemary Conley carrot and thin air soup

Dinner Rosemary Conley beef casserole a few sprouts and weightwatcher’s cheese cake (179 calories)
